When using this website, you agree to certain terms and conditions which are detailed by the specific insurer for each product as defined in the policy documentation which you will receive from us when you take out or policy but is also available on the product specific pages of this website. The terms and conditions of this promotion are defined below:
1. Anyone who incepts a policy with Insurance Tailors between 15th June 2007 and 31st August 2007 inclusive will automatically be entered into the draw unless we are specifically told that a client does not wish to enter.
2. Entries are limited to one per member, regardless of the number of products insured.
3. The draw will be made in the first week of September 2007 by an independent third party to be selected by Insurance Tailors. The first name drawn at random shall be the winner.
4. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email (as possible) and shall have one month from the point of notification to acknowledge the prize. The winner will be formally announced on this website subject to their permission being obtained.
5. The winner will receive a Dress2Kill voucher to the value of £600. Arrangements for receipt of this voucher will be made between Insurance Tailors and the winner.
6. Any complaints relating to this promotion should be directed to The Managing Director, Insurance Tailors Ltd, 22 Ebner Street, London, SW18 1BT
7. The Managing Director will be the final arbiter of any disputes.
The terms and conditions of this promotion are defined below:
1. This promotion applies to all existing members of Insurance Tailors. An 'existing' member is defined as an individual who has insurance through Insurance tailors at the time of invoking the discouned rate at Dress2Kill.
2. Members will be asked to prove to Dress2Kill that they are existing Insurance Tailors members at the time of purchase.
3. Members will be entitled to D2K members rates accourding to Dress2Kill's own terms and conditions.
